The abortion industry is no exception to the #TIMESUP #METOO sexual abuse.

We as a people should understand that there is even more of an opportunity for vulnerable girls, women, and moms in compromising positions, before, during, or after abortions and especially while sedated for sexual abuse to happen. Women and moms become victims not only from the circumstances of life that bring them to a place in their life to where they have no hope but to abort their children but also from the so-called ‘doctors’ who feel they can take advantage of these women in a crisis.

The act and location of where the abortion occurs provide the easy access for those abortionists who chose to abuse. Those abortionists without a doubt clearly understand the mindset of the abortion-minded woman. This is part of their predator power. Find her weakness and exploit it. Most often the woman is ashamed of her decision. The abortion predator counts on this.

The #TIMESUP #METOO Abortion Movement should have full support across the board. This is something all women and all people should get behind and agree on, no exceptions. This includes the abortion industry, NO EXCEPTIONS!

The cloak of abortion should give no cover, no protection.

In the Greater Detroit Area, we have at least one of these abortionists. Several women have come forward and filed allegations/ complaints with the police departments of Sterling Heights and West Bloomfield. (Oakland County) Allegedly, another one was filed HERE on January 23, 2018.

These Detroit Area abortion sexual abuse victims then have gone onto file lawsuits. While there have been no formal charges, women have been paid settlements. I want to make it very CLEAR HERE – that is not an admission of guilt. Yes, I’m stating that. BUT – this is a repeat offender. These alleged accusations to the best of tracking started in the late 1980’s, continued into the most recent in West Bloomfield in 2016 with another one being posted publicly in January 2018.

The public declaration of 2018 stated that this happened 30 years ago.  This is being stated here as a form of encouragement for all victims to look deep inside and consider filing allegations with the State Of Michigan (File and allegation) (see PDF on this site) and the police department that the crime happened in.

In 2005 Rodolfo Finkelstein M.D., another Greater Detroit abortionist was arrested and charged many counts of sexual abuse, from first to fourth degree. He posted a $25,000.00 bond and had to forfeit his passport but yet he was still able to leave this county, fleeing to Argentina.  The law caught up with him there and he spent close to a year confined behind bars.  We don’t understand how he slipped away from Oakland Co., and we don’t understand how once they caught Finkelstein in Argentina, the paperwork never was sent to bring him back.

These assaults against women must stop at all levels.  Just because they happen during an abortion, or in an abortion clinic doesn’t give these people who feel they are above the law, immunity.

The abortion industry has always said they don’t need laws to police their industry, that they care about women.  Then how about showing it by policing yourselves?
